Saturday’s Something Good

– Happy Half Birthday to Me! I think I’ll make this for myself to celebrate

– I was all prepared to not be impressed with this gymnastics robot on the uneven bars. And then it did a release. And then it did a flyaway. So okay, you win robot programmer. That was pretty awesome.

– Just in case you didn’t get enough about Saved By the Bell last week, does anyone else listen to the podcast, “Go Bayside!”? If you don’t, you’re missing out. Go listen to it.
– Yup, I’m one of the weirdos who was really excited when the panda cam was turned back on.
– I think I have book ADD sometimes. Okay, if you look at my Goodreads, I definitely have book ADD most of the time. Last week I was reading “The Selection” series, this week it’s all about “Outliers” by Malcolm Gladwell. This isn’t my first Gladwell book, but I’m definitely enjoying this one just as much as all of the others.
– Um, nom.

– Also, can we talk about how awesome this past Wednesday was? No? Just for me? Well here were some quick highlights: day started with finding a puppy in the elevator (don’t worry, I didn’t take it, I rescued it from the elevator and we found its owner), I got to post this post about Bright Pink and aerie, I got to see the Suzanne Farrell Ballet for free at the Kennedy Center, and I got to catch up with one of my sisters and watch the Halloween PLL with her. Yup, those were only the highlights. I hope all of can have as happy of a hump day next week!

– Blog I Love to Read: So before I start talking about how much I love Kayla’s blog, Freckles in April, I need to first take a moment to thank her. For what you may ask? Well, for unintentionally convincing me to buy these shoes. These shoes which get me compliments every time I wear them, are somehow comfortable, and well, look at them. How could you not love them?? (This is only your quick peek into my shoe obsession which will probably become apparently fairly soon). But anyways, back to Kayla’s blog, Freckles in April. If you’re actually still reading at this point, I’ll sum it up for you: love her outfits, love her writing style, and go read her blog.
