My upcoming NYC trip! After not traveling for a bit, I have a few weekends of whirlwind travel coming up. First up, NYC! I got tickets to The Cursed Child at the end of the month, so I’m going to see that (and maybe one other show?). I want to also try to squeeze in a few blog meetings and seeing a handful of friends. So now I just need to organize all of that.

More movies now (kind of). Now that I have Moviepass, I’ve been making an effort to try and see more movies. It hasn’t always worked out (weekends get surprisingly busy), but I love when it does. I forgot how much I love just getting to relax in a quiet movie theater. It doesn’t hurt that all of the movie theaters around me have been renovating, so all of them have the big comfy reclining seats in them now.

A few new recipes and making some old favorites. I was super proud of myself for pulling off this bread for my friend’s birthday (turned surprise engagement) present. Then I remade one of my favorite chili’s. I keep having the itch to try a new recipe these past few weeks, but then I keep ending up being too tired to actually make it. Hopefully I can actually come through on one of them this week or next.

I will actually make it through my stack of library books. You know how some people say your eyes are bigger than your stomach? Well I think my eyes are bigger than my reading ability. Remember that big pile of books from last month? That was just my hardcovers. I still have all of my kindle library books and audio…..So yeah, I’m still trying to make my way through that pile. Thank god for library renewals!

My winter to spring transitional sweater, duh! Didn’t you read Monday’s post? Also, this new suede jacket that I got at Old Navy! I really can’t seem to resist anything green anymore.
