My love of bodysuit knows no bounds. Really, we’ve talked about it before, but I’m pretty sure my collection gets bigger every month (okay, that might be an exaggeration). Luckily, Anne jumped on board the bodysuit train and picked up the same Everlane white long-sleeve bodysuit too. Which made it a perfect piece for us to style too ways!

Basic Bodysuits

When I first got into bodysuits it was because I was sick of dealing with shirts that wouldn’t stay tucked in. I also wanted cleaner lines with my tucked in tops. Like, you know when you have a top tucked in, but it still gets all bunched up around the top? I was sick of it.

But I didn’t want to go crazy with the bodysuits. I need to ease in to trends. I figured a black bodysuit and a white bodysuit were the best place to start. They would both make great layering pieces and were simple enough that they wouldn’t be overwhelming.

This bodysuit

This bodysuit is the perfect layering piece for an outfit in the winter. It’s a simple cut and the long sleeves gives you an extra layer of warmth. I also love how the v-neck gives it a little bit of flair.

My Outfit

When Anne and I decided to style this bodysuit, I was oddly at a loss. The options were so endless that I just got overwhelmed. So what do I do when I’m at a loss? I turn to my favorite pieces. A J.Crew sweater blazer (but in a print to mix things up), my comfy high rise jeans, and the boots that are always a winner. And you know what, the outfit turned out to be a winner too! It just proves that your favorite pieces can never fail you!

Now check out how Anne styled her bodysuit!
