What I’ve Been Wearing, Vol. 5 Daily Quarantine Outfits

Pre-Quarantine, I was so good about attempting to take daily outfit pictures and sharing them on Instagram. But once I started working from home, I just had zero motivation to look cute or bother trying. (The depression flair up I was going through didn’t really help.) For the first two-ish weeks, I switched to “soft pants” and that was my norm.

But, as I mentioned in one of my quarantine update posts, I hit a point where I decided to switch to jeans during the day. I also realized that just because I was home didn’t mean I need to stop taking pictures of what my daily quarantine outfits were or not share them.

So it’s time to continue on! I’m slowly building up a bank of pictures to share and roll out a few posts of them at a time. I haven’t started posting them to Instagram yet….but maybe that’ll start today.

Everlane Mockneck, Everlane Tee, Old Navy Jeans, J.Crew Factory Sandals

Pullovers and my cashmere sweaters have become the norm around here. Especially once I realized that my at home desk is under a vent that blows cold air!

Yes, I have also been wearing sandals a lot, even though the DC weather hasn’t actually been sandal permitting. But I don’t actually wear these outside (yet), I just wear these around the house. They’re easy to slide on and off and sometimes I just don’t want to wear my slippers!

I’ve also gotten to get a lot of use out of my crewneck sweatshirts collection which I LOVE. This picture is also from the week where I was doing the baby feet peel, so wearing socks was necessary.

I’ve been actively (haha) trying to avoid activewear during the work day, but it has happened once or twice. But for the record, when it’s happened, it’s because I’ve worked out mid-day or at the end of the day. Most of the time though, I like to try to work out before work, since that’s an option now (and I hate working out after work).

I’m obsessed with this sweater. I’m so obsessed with it that I bought it in another color as soon as I had credits and it was 25% off. It’s so warm and soft. It’s $98 right now, but trust me, you won’t regret buying it, AT ALL. Also, this is proof that I don’t always wear my boyfriend jeans, haha.

Okay, that’s all I have right now, but don’t worry, I’m actually trying to take pictures now, so more will be coming soon!
