It’s almost the end of March and I’m ready to break out new fun looks from J.Crew Factory. Everything is so bright and cheery and I just want to buy everything they have. Luckily, I was able to contain myself. But I did pick up a few things to try out and share with you here!

I also wanted to note, posts are a little out of order this week. We’re going to do shopping reviews today and then an outfit post tomorrow. Enjoy!

J.Crew Scalloped sidewalk skirt, Golden, Size 0

There seems to be some form of scalloped skirt at J.Crew Factory every year. When I saw the yellow one pop up though, I knew I wanted it. Except it sold out in my size right away. I basically stalked my size until it came back and once it did, I snagged it immediately. I’m happy I did, because this skirt is super cute and fits well. The material is pretty light weight, so it’ll need to be steamed. But I can see this skirt also working well for spring.

Verdict: Keep

J.Crew Supersoft side-tie crewneck sweatshirt, Marled Gray, XS

Yet again, another top so soft that I couldn’t say no. This top was true to size, fairly light weight, and breathable. I don’t know if I have much more to say than that! I highly recommend this top!

Verdict: Keep

J.Crew Tie-waist pocket T-shirt, Golden Straw, XS

I already have this top in like four colors, so you know I love it. These tops are the perfect tees in my opinion. They aren’t see through or paper thin. The tops also aren’t so heavy that they’re stiff. The t-shirts are like the worn in comfy tees that you’ve had all of your life. I also love the golden color, it’s not super bright, but it’s also not a dull yellow.

Verdict: Keep

Oof, what even is this dress. First off, I don’t even know if this dress wants to be a shirt dress or a shift dress. It was misshapen and didn’t work well. If you look by my hip (under the elbow holding the camera), there’s just a giant bulge of fabric. It was just extra fabric in that space, it’s so weird. Also, if you look closely at the close up picture I’ve shared, you’ll see that the fabric is all puckered along the seam. It’s not as easy to see in the picture, but it’s super easy to see in person. I was just very disappointed overall in the quality of this dress.

Verdict: Return

J.Crew Calf hair block-heel sandals, Size 6

Remember last summer when I was obsessed with the J.Crew block-heel sandals? Well they’re back in stock and in leopard print! These sandals are just as comfortable as last season’s and fit true to size as well. I recommend these just as highly as I recommended the other pairs.

Verdict: Keep! Get them (and all of the other colors) asap!!

Okay, so even better than leopard print, you can also get these sandals in a fun cork pair. They fit a little differently than the other sandals because the front strap is slightly thinner, but that’s it. The sandals are still really comfortable and they’ll be cute for summer weddings.

Verdict: Keep
