Oh vests, pointless in the midwest, but perfect in DC. I swear, we’ve been having some of the weirdest weather lately. The temperature will go from 30 to 60 degrees in one day and dressing for that is just flat out confusing. This vest has been a lifesaver because it not only keeps me warm, but it’s been perfect for these weird fluctuating days.

On another note, how was your weekend? I’ve been traveling a lot this past week, so it was nice to just be in DC and see friends. I went up to NYC twice in the past week (for Book Riot Live and then to see Hamilton) and I forgot how exhausting traveling could be. I was completely out of it by the time I came back from the second trip.

This week will be another crazy busy week, but the pay off will be getting to go home for Thanksgiving and I can’t wait! Thanksgiving is probably one of my favorite holidays (I love eating) and I actually love Wisconsin during the winter. I know that sounds a bit crazy, but we really need to get better about embracing the cold weather, guys. I’ll talk more about that later though.
