Weekend Snacking With Outshine Simply Yogurt Bars

Note: Today’s post is sponsored by Outshine by as always, all opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that support Something Good!

My eating habits can be pretty funny. During the weekdays, I stick to the three meals a day with a pre-pure barre snack. On the weekends though, it’s all about the snacking.

On the weekends, my schedule can be pretty random. Sometimes I’ll be at work all morning. Other days, I’ll go to Pure Barre in the morning, spend part of the day doing blog work, and then meet up with a friend in the afternoon or evening. It’s always a toss up. Because of that uncertainty, my meal schedule during the weekends has turned into a big breakfast and a dinner with a LOT of snacking in between.

Since there’s been a lot of snacking, I’ve also been playing with a lot of different snacking ideas. I’ve tried making a lot of different things. I’ve also been discovering new to me, healthy brands.

My latest healthy snack find? Outshine Simple Yogurt Bars.

Outshine Simple Yogurt Bars give me the healthy snack that I need, but I also still feel like I’m having a fun treat. I get the benefits of having yogurt (since the bars are made with 100% yogurt), but I get to enjoy having a frozen treat.

In fact, I’ve even started toying with the idea of having these as an after dinner dessert (nothing makes you feel better about yourself than healthy dessert, right?). My favorite flavor has been been strawberry, but I think I may branch out and try another flavor or two.

Now, I know we’re all thinking about fall weather, so frozen treats seem kind of an odd thing to introduce now. But let’s be honest here. As much as I want sweater weather, I’m still going to see some warm weather for the rest of September, so I might as well enjoy some healthy frozen snacks while I still can.
