ModCloth Weekly Wanelo Outfit Challenge

Embarrassing secret: I don’t remember the last real vacation I’ve been on. I mean, I’ve been on a few quick family trips and my birthright trip (both of which I loved), but I don’t remember the last time I went on one of those relax on the beach, lounge around reading a book and being lazy trips.*

Needless to say, I dream about a vacation like that all of the time. So when ModCloth sent over a link to their Beach Blanket Bingo Two Piece and asked how I would style it, I figured it was time to share with you what I would bring wear during my day at the beach during my dream beach vacation.  Luckily, the swimsuit has already been provided (and it’s a pretty adorable one)!

Anyways, since I can’t douse my hair in sunscreen (ew…but wouldn’t that be great to protect your head and hair?), a cute hat is a must. I also, of course, need my sunglasses and these floral ones are the perfect pair.

When I’m finally ready to leave the water (it’ll take hours), I’ll need a cover up and a cute tote to throw all of my things into. This romper will not only be adorable, but will show off the swim suit and this Great Gatsby bag is just perfect.

Well now that I’ve spent all of that time dreaming of my vacation suitcase, I think I need to actually take that vacation!
