I would be remiss if I didn’t share this opportunity for women to apply to! The HERLead Fellowship is an opportunity created by Vital Voices Global Partnership and ascena retail group (the parent company of brands like Ann Taylor and Loft) to help young women become the next generation of leaders.
So what is it exactly?
Well, the fellowship provides the opportunity for high school women to attend training forums and relationship building opportunities with peers and leaders from across industries and around the world. They learn about real world solutions for social change and mentorship opportunities. After the forum, the fellows are then able to put their words into action through project grants to help bring her ideas to life.
