Do Something Good

Sometimes dating stories go viral because they’re terrible. Actually, most of the time dating stories go viral because they’re terrible. But this dating story went viral because it could have gone terribly wrong, but it resulted in a lot of amazing friendships AND a potential date.

You’ve probably heard about the guy who emailed every Nicole at his school after meeting a girl named Nicole at a bar and realizing she gave him the wrong number. The full story is available here, but the long story short is that all of the girls started replying to each other and decided to start meeting up. They formed some beautiful friendships and have started meeting up more frequently.

It also turned out that the original Nicole wasn’t on the list and had accidentally given him the wrong number. But because the guy emailed every Nicole and the story went viral, she ended up hearing about him AND got in touch with him! Fingers crossed that they finally get to have their date.

So no, it’s not a charity race or a way to give back, but it’s just a happy story to start your weekend.
