Happy Fourth of July Weekend! In honor of this weekend (and this week’s theme), I’d like to introduce you to Team Red, White, and Blue. Team RWB’s mission is to support “the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.”

How can you become more involved? You can join or start a chapter. Participate in a race event. You can donate, or my favorite option, you can invest in a veteran and support their involvement in the community.
