Do Good
I previously posted an article on here about how amazed I was with Karlie Kloss for leaving the modeling world because she felt it was time for her to go to college and get her degree. Now though, the girl has really impressed me. She’s taken it one step further and created The Kode with Karlie Kloss Scholarship.

Karlie created this scholarship for students ages 13 to 18 because she believes that anyone can create a better future for themselves just by learning to code. This scholarship provides 20 scholarships to 10 students in NYC and 10 in one of the other listed areas so they can attend an Intro to Software Engineering course. Not only do the students need to have no coding experience to apply, but all they need to do to apply by uploading a video explaining why they want to learn how to code. Though the scholarship was for summer of 2015 (and is therefore already closed), I’m excited to see if she decides to bring back this scholarship for future semesters!
