Mother’s Day and my dad’s birthday! As I mentioned in Monday’s post, my dad’s birthday always tends to fall around Mother’s Day. I won’t be in Milwaukee for either this year, but I do get to see my parents this weekend. I’m not sure if we will, but maybe we’ll have some sort of mini-early celebration this weekend.

Well, I’m not creating it from scratch, but I am putting together my new dresser from ikea! I’m really excited because I’ve been using my old, falling apart dresser, so it’s time for an upgrade. I’ll be doing a full closet/bedroom tour once everything is put together and ready.

Hopefully by the time you’re reading this I have and I’m wearing my new Everlane Day Glove flats. As of writing this they’re still on the way here, but I can’t wait for them to arrive. They’re supposed to be so comfortable, I can’t wait. (Edit: They’re here, I love them, they’re amazingly comfortable.)

More content! I feel like post ideas keep coming in and I’m loving it. I love coming up with new blog posts for all of you and creating posts you’ll love. Though now that I’ve said that, I’m afraid I’m going to hit a big writers block.

I’m going to Raleigh! I’ve never been to Raleigh before, so I’m really excited to visit. I’m going for my company’s conference though, so most of my time will be spent in the convention center. Hopefully, I’ll still get to see a little bit of the city though!
