During the summer I took a course from Think Creative Collective called The Strategy Academy. It wasn’t just a course though. It was a complete look at Something Good and a chance for me to really dive into it and evaluate it as a business. During the first module I got to really think about why I was still running Something Good and how I wanted to grow it as a business.

I really dove into my why and realized that my why was you guys, my readers. My why was that I want to help you shop. But it’s more than that. I’ve gotten really frustrated with how many companies have tried to make their customers shop and I want to change that.  I want to make sure that you aren’t taken advantage of when shopping and teach you how to over come those tricks.

With all of that in mind, I’m trying to bring more content revolving around those ideas on to the blog. More articles with tips, tools, and the things that I do when I shop. I’m also working on a handy one pager with all of my favorite tools for saving money.

So how does the email course fit in to all of this?

Well I’m glad that you asked! As I’m sure you know, the holidays are quickly approaching and those tend to be a big money suck for everyone. Does anyone end the holiday season and not feel broke? Well, with this challenge, I’m going to help you change that.

The 5 Days to Holiday Savings Challenge

Over 5 days, I’ll help you get yourself organized and set up so you can go into the holidays with a plan. I’ll share some of my favorite savings tools, the most important savings tricks, and help you figure out how to strategize your gift buying. Even better, you could even make a little extra money this holiday season, without having to do extra work or leave your couch. But you have to join the course if you want to find out how.

The email challenge will start on Monday, November 6th and run through Friday the 10th, where I’ll host a Facebook live to answer any questions. Everyone who joins the challenge will also have access to a Facebook group where we can share fun tips, the best sales, and I’ll be available to answer any questions that come up.

Oh, I forgot to mention the best part.

All of this is free.

So there’s really no reason to not sign up.

So how can you join the challenge?

Just click here, submit your name and email address, and checkmark the box  for 5 Days to Holiday Savings. That’s it!

Let me know if you have any questions or if you think you’ll participate.

I can’t wait to have you join the challenge!

  1. What fun! Cool to branch out to do something new, and a great concept for a class too. With this big kitchen renovation I keep feeling like I should be looking for savings wherever else I can, so I’m excited to see what you’ve come up with 🙂 In the meantime, this is the BEST holiday season outfit! That ruffle on the skirt is so dang cute.

    • Thanks Anne! For both things 🙂 I hope this course will be able to help everyone out.

I also didn’t even think of this as a holiday outfit! You’re right though, this would be such a good one!

  2. I love the skirt and top, you look so cute!!!

  3. I’m excited to see what tips you come up with!! With my new job, I’m definitely working on all the big savings stuff, but the holidays always seem to trip me up!!

And I adore that skirt! I would never be able to pull it off, particularly at my job, but it’s so stylish on you!!

    • I think the holidays trip everyone up. Hopefully this course will help you out!

For the skirt, really? I think the trick is to just wear really toned down basics for everything else. You can totally pull it off then!
