Shopping Reviews, Vol. 19

Just dropping in today for a few quick J.Crew reviews!
J.Crew structured flutter-hem T-shirt, women, fashion, style, work style, outfit

This top looked so cute on the site and I thought it would be perfect for work. Sadly…there was something a little off about the material and it held a crease a little too well. Also, the sleeves were too tight while I couldn’t tell if the rest of the top was just too loose or too wrinkled to tell.
Verdict: Return
J.Crew striped tissue turtleneck T-shirt, white turtleneck, long sleeve turtleneck, women, fashion, style, outfits, winter
Has anyone else noticed how turtlenecks have become insanely popular again? I was curious about this striped one and was debating the white one for a layering piece. So the white one is actually fairly see-through. As a layering piece, it’ll be pretty perfect.
I was also pleasantly surprised with out this shirt was fitted, but not tight. I’ve had some problems lately with the arms for shirts being wayy too tight, but J.Crew actually did a really good job with giving everyone a little room to breath.
Verdict:
Striped: Waiting on one other striped shirt to decided
White: Yes
Gray: Return
J.Crew Silk Clip Dot Top, women, fashion, style, outfits, winter, sheer long sleeve, navy
I wasn’t actually planning on getting this top, but Try.com requested that I order one more thing to get myself to free shipping. I told them to just pick out something and here’s what they threw in! It was a pretty cute top, but it honestly dipped too low in the front for my liking (I pulled it up for the picture). If I had been picking it out for myself, I might have gone a size smaller to avoid the low V, but it was overall a fun top to try on.
Verdict: Return
