Do Something Good

We’ve been talking about giving a lot on this blog lately (and I love it, btw), so I started laughing when I came across this way that others have come up with to give back. Food for Fines is a program that allows people to take money off of their parking tickets by donating canned goods. Other cities are letting people waive their late fees for people to donate to a food bank in addition to paying their fines.

I’m not saying that I endorse getting parking tickets, but I think this is a great way to also bring in more donations and canned goods to those who really need it.
