Product Review: Virginie Millefiori

Shoes ~ HM (old, Shop SimilarSimilar, Similar, Similar)
But as much as I enjoyed it, my outfit isn’t what we’re here to talk about right now.

A few weeks ago I went to the Crafty Bastards Art Festival in DC. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I quickly fell in love with a lot of the vendors there. After about an hour and a half of circling the different booths, I finally settled on a purse by Shara Porter Designs (review coming soon!) and a necklace by Virginie Millefiori.

I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Virginie and her jewelry. Not only did she genuinely seem to really enjoy interacting with her customers, but she was also more than willing to make pieces on the spot if she didn’t have a piece that a customer wanted. I had stopped by her booth earlier in the day and after staring at one of the necklaces for a bit, told her that I would definitely be back. Not only did she remember me when I came back an hour later, but she was also willing to put together a piece for me in the color I wanted and adjusted the necklace length.
I ended up buying her jump rope girl necklace and I’ve already worn it multiple times!
I love how delicate the chain is and the jump rope girl is small enough to not be overwhelming, but still add a nice touch to any outfit. While her prices run a bit higher than I’m use to, her amazing customer service and the fact that she makes the pieces, justify the cost for me.
I don’t doubt that I’ll buy plenty more pieces from her in the future.

Also, in case you were curious, these are the flats I’m wearing.
(Also, yes, I did notice that my nail polish matched my pants.
That was unintentional, but made me pretty happy)
