Sigh, one of the downsides of blogging is that I spend a lot of time looking at clothing. And then I want to get the clothes. Normally I’m able to resist, but the new arrivals at Old Navy were pretty good! I decided to pick up a few pieces so I could try them on and share them with you!

Old Navy Relaxed Lace-Up Tee  XS

I was hesistant about this top at first. The lace up top went pretty low on the navy top, but I was able to solve that problem by tie-ing it a little tighter. The relaxed fit was great and true to size. I think I want to return the navy top, but I do love the striped top. I also decided to order the white. I’m up in the air right now about which I keep, but I have a feeling I’ll end up with the striped top (of course).

Verdict: Still deciding

Old Navy Embroidered-Mesh Tank for Women XS

First, this top is actually a forest green, not black (I couldn’t get the color to show up well on my phone). While the material was pretty soft, it was a little lower quality than I expected. The fit was spot on though. I decided to not keep it though since I liked it, but I wasn’t in love with it.

Verdict: Return

Old Navy High-Neck Maxi Dress for Women XS Petite

If you’re petite and on the hunt for a maxi, Old Navy is a great place to look. This dress was so comfortable (it was like I was in pajamas) and it looks a lot fancier than it actually is. I was a little nervous that this made my hips look a little bigger than normal. I’m going to return it, but I’m going to keep an eye on their maxis.

Verdict: Return

Old Navy Knit Swing Dress for Women XS

Oh Old Navy, how are your dresses so soft? Seriously guys. Another pajamas dress. The stripes overwhelmed my tiny frame too much though.

Ditto everything from above. The print didn’t overwhelm me as much, but I wasn’t in love with the print. Back to the store this goes and I’m going to order a solid color.

Old Navy Lace-Front Swing Dress for Women XS

I think I would have liked this dress more if it was a thicker, sweater fabric. Also, I don’t need another black dress.

Old Navy Plaid Shirt Dress for Women XS Petite

I’m so torn! I’ve been looking for a good blackwatch plaid dress and this one was pretty good. The fabric wasn’t as thick as I would have wanted, but it wasn’t super thin either. I can’t decide about the length though. I ordered the dress in a regular xs, so we’ll see how the two compare!

Verdict: Maybe keeping.

Old Navy Tie-Waist Swing Dress  XS Petite

I’ve been on the hunt for some new fit and flare dresses, so when I saw this print, I knew I had to try it on. The fit is pretty perfect for petite women and the fabric is really comfortable. Again, the only thing I’m not sure about is the length. I’ve been leaning more towards slightly longer dresses (ugh, is this what being an adult is like) so I’m going to order the regular size to compare the two.

Verdict: Still unsure.

Old Navy Tie-Waist Swing Dress for Women XS Petite

This is the same dress as above, but a different pattern. I was actually having a harder time making a decision about this dress because it needs to be ironed like crazy. Otherwise, everything was the same as the dress above.

Verdict: Waiting on the regular size.

So there you have it! Not a lot of keeping, but a lot of waiting to compare. Once I get the regular sizing in, would you guys like me to do another comparison?
