That was basically me with a blue striped tee dress. You might remember, I found the perfect black and white striped dress back in the summer, but it unfortunately didn’t come in blue. I kept hunting though and kept failing. A few weeks ago though, I spotted this one on Everlane’s site. There were a few other pieces that I wanted to try out, so I figured I would just order them and see (Everlane also has free shipping, which just encouraged me more). The second I put this Everlane dress on, I knew it was a winner. The fabric is heavy enough that the dress actually feels structured and high quality, but it’s still comfortable enough to wear in the summer. It also fit my body perfect. For fitted dresses, this can be a struggle for me because I have broader shoulders (thanks gymnastics), but a fairly petite frame. This Everlane dress didn’t seem to care though.

Oh, and the kicker? Only $58. I love you Everlane.

Also, because I can’t forget, you need to check out the Etsy shop where I got this necklace. Maybe I’m a little biased because it’s my sister’s shop, but the second I saw this necklace, I knew I had to have it. I was also so impressed with the pricing. I feel like some jewerly makers can charge and arm and a leg, but she’s managed to keep all of her costs very reasonable (we’re talking $20 here). She has a lot of designs available in the store, but only one remaining of this necklace, so if you want it, hurry over now!
