I’m back! I was away for a work conference last week (hence the awesome guest bloggers) and I have to say, it was one of the most professionally rewarding experience I’ve had in a while. For personal reasons, I don’t want to say much more than that, but I’m also happy to be back and have a little more time to give the blog some loving.
I had hoped to have more things ready before my week long break, but that week ended up being a physically exhausting week. Between a broken a/c and crazy weather in DC, I was hit with a multiple days in a row migraine. It put me out of commission for a few days, so extra blog work unfortunately wasn’t going to happen.
But now I’m back and ready to work!
Luckily, this outfit is perfect for getting to work (well, with my side jobs, that is). I’m not sure how Gap manages to make the perfect long sleeve tops, but I swear every single one of them has been a winner.
On top of that, these shoes! If you follow me on twitter (if not, let’s be friends!), you may have noticed me tweeting about these shoes a lot. When I finally accepted the fact that they wouldn’t be going on sale anytime soon, I caved in and got them. Happy to say, no regrets here. These are crazy comfortable and have been perfect for all of the traveling/walking I’ve been doing.
The only downside? I just found a pair that was almost exactly the same for half the price! I may have missed out, but I hope you won’t.
